LI YAN, the most competent person I’ve ever dealt with in the Westpac banking system. HE WORKS AT THE PRAHRAN BRANCH .He change a mistake on a term deposit from yearly interest to monthly in under 3 min He also looked at a better interest option on an account of available funds at 4.25% Please make all appointments to Prahran and through LI, even if u bank at another branch , because Malvern is being run by an imbecile female manager , completely incompetent
