Absolutely cold interaction from both the teller and the branch manager. Upon arrival there was no greeting nor a friendly smile as soon as I walked straight to the machine to do an express business deposit. The teller tells me to bring it here rudely. I was confused and asked why I’m about to deposit it now? The teller was persistent and demanded the deposit bag. One teller in particular when you walk in shes the on right very freindly ,& outstanding serivce, didnt see her last fri ..Last fri and prevoius fri, near closing time comm bank still serving cust, am having sigh of relief so other banks would be the same ,i get to westac, the door didnt open , i look up customers inside,the lady that helpes right inside with appointments, i said to her there's still a few minutes, enough time still for a quick withdraw, she had the look like it was a yes, but asked the lady with black hair ... read more
Manmeet Mangat is THE BEST branch manager and miracle worker! I remain a loyal Westpac customer because of Mannie, who I formed a relationship with when she led the St Kilda South branch. Love love love!

I went to verify my details the other day for my business account and the teller lady with the messy hair that was snacking behind the desk... the teller who's entire job is about costumer service and supposedly 'helpful', was being rude and tried to make me feel like an idiot even though i was being polite. she claimed she did "everything you asked for", turns out when i went home no progress has been made. super unhelpful and rude. embarassing on their part.
