This branch should get an award for appalling customer service. I wonder if it is a franchise as their counter staff seem oblivious to the concept of best practice, courtesy and manners. My first experience at the beginning of 26 with 1 of the female tellers was an attempt to change some currency to higher denomination for an upcoming trip overseas ( you get a better exchange rate) at which point I was told that they don't normally do that but on this occasion it was OK. Was met by an old, rude female teller. Felt treated like a second class citizen. No politeness or professionalism whatsoever.
