Westpac removed careless cash as an option so now it is impossible to withdraw cash from the ATM unless you’re a Luddite who carries a card with them (ugh, old people). And they close at 4pm so anyone who actually has things to do cannot possibly get there when they’re open. And the staff are still there just past 4, only they won’t help you, just insult you for not carrying a physical card everywhere with you. So disappointed in Westpac.
