Fast efficient service
highly disappointed was a customer for 20 years until they accepted advice from the nab manager to foreclose on our homes for all our family bad mouth me to imb and st george banks which are owned by westpac and closed my accounts without a refund. will never bank with this bank again unless systems change starting with the ceo. very unhappy and angry at this bank highly upsetting never recommended
I can’t give negative stars. They closed the Vincentia branch and this one always has a long wait. I would recommend ANY other bank in the area.
Absolutely horrible. Girl couldn't change our coin, she tried rebooting the coin deposit machine and made us wait there for 10 minutes until we just left Didn't work.
