I went today to update my app on my iPhone I went to the service desk and asked the lady which her name was Wendy if she could help me out she said no problem I will do it for you straight away I was amazed at how fast she did everything for me her customer service is 10/10 and she is so friendly and very professional at her work many thanks John
Understaffed and poorly managed. Wasted my time for an appointment I prebooked. Waited and got to the front, only to be told they are too busy and this is complex and I'm a bank of Melbourne customers not westpac. Then told me to wait at a seat while they finish the queue (which kept going). Please organise yourselves better and have more staff on. Bank of Melbourne customers are entitled to use your services too, as detailed by bank of Melbourne staff
Worst bank but maybe it's just the branch. They're open 4 hours a day, understaffed and manager gets mad customers need help. It's wild to hate your own customers. If you need anything you can guarantee 7 branch visits to get it sorted for any issue. Go anywhere else.
The older teller is terrible. Just makes you feel so uncomfortable. Slow and poor customer service, communication and attitude.
