The banking manager and teller were efficient fast and reliable in the service of getting my individual banking needs met and they did it all quickly politely with smile and a can do attitude.its simple professional people doing a fantastic job manger to teller honestly after I felt much better .
Went in to open a business account and was told to use their ipad to open the account. I explained the business I want to open is owned by another company, so not straightforward hence going in. Useless. They ask you to call Westpac or look online lol
Went into the branch enquiring about a locked business credit card, sat down with Bryan and he managed to update our entire business banking and in doing so, simplified and streamlined our entire processes. Seriously good operator. Do yourself a favour and ask for Bryan
