Useless. They ask you to call Westpac or look online lol
Went into the branch enquiring about a locked business credit card, sat down with Bryan and he managed to update our entire business banking and in doing so, simplified and streamlined our entire processes. Seriously good operator. Do yourself a favour and ask for Bryan
Ankesh was so patient and kind as I needed help with a credit card application and Sat on the phone with me and helped me amend things on my application.

Had a very bad experience at the branch! Found staff incompetent and not helpful at all!!!! Will let all my family and friends know not to go to that branch! Took time out of my busy day twice and was left waiting with no resolution had to go to another branch to get what I needed done!
