Phone is so shit they never answer
After experiencing a disgusting display of their so-called customer service with the people in front of me in the line I walked out out of the Kippa-Ring Westpac and then drove to North Lakes Westpac. The ladies there were amazing behind the counter, as well as the stopping that meeting and greeting as you walk in...friendly, warm, Engaging & prompt. I know which branch I will be visiting from here in. North Lakes all the way Good old customer service all around. 👍
Rude staff members two girls at the front counter as soon as you entrance, chatting away, giggling about whatever they were talking about no one at the cashiers to serve you to deposit a large amount of money into my bank account and we’re simply told to use the ATM machines that never work
Only had 1 ATM to deposit cash into, and it was out of order.
