Yesterday I had very bad experience with female staff in a rush with no communication when I turned up at the counter and I have been told she wasn't called me through while waiting and I am feeling there's not professional customer service compared with central market quality service.. I thought she went to her break and at least she should let me know whatever reason she left the counter as best communication when I was waiting at the counter because we are the valued banking customers and we pay for your work.
I wanted to make a deposit at the teller as I have always done and was shown to the ATM. What is the point of having tellers then when they don't want to deal with people.
I went westpac today. Frankie silvestri she is very helpful. Thank you so much for your help today. And the manger of branch is also helpful.
Visited to deposit a US dollar cheque and discovered that westpac no longer accepts them. Was told this by a rude lady who also said none of the banks do that any more … because of Covid. What a lame explanation! Called Bendigo bank and they accept. Called People’s Choice and they also accept USD cheques. Currently at Peoples Choice depositing that cheque and being charged a $15 processing fee vs. the $50 fee that Westpac used to charge.
