Great team at NAB Narrogin
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I am absolutely horrified with the service. Westpac have my money in my account, and I cannot transfer anything out of it. I am told that the ONLY way I can access MY money, is if I come to a branch. I got internet banking so that I don't have to go to a branch (and note, I am 160 KILOMETRES return trip away from this 'nearest' branch, which is why online banking is ESSENTIAL to my business). This is a bank that I have been with for YEARS, and suddenly they tell me that I need an ID check... read more
