Recently went to Westpark in Murwillumbah to open an account. I was greeted by a friendly and very helpful man called Dom who guided me through it effortlessly and helped me set up the Westpak app. Thank you Dom, you made it a pleasant experience.
Westpac doesn't accept digital NSW driver licences. Just a pain banking with them every other bank accepts a digital licence. It's going back to stone age
They should change their name from Westpac bank to Westpac cafe. The teller doesn't care about customers waiting and she keeps going on with her cafe talks. Commonwealth bank Murwillumbah has far better service as a bank, I had good experience with other tellers here but this tall old lady teller wants customers to wait more until she finishes her gossip.
Always friendly and helpful. Now houses Murwillumbah branch of St George since the February 2022 flood.
Worst service again & again & again by Danielle, the teller . I have a local business in murwillumbah, so I come here at least a couple of times a week but the lady is really not interested in serving customers. She does work so slow even a sloth can beat her, I think she should be moved to a bank where there are no customers. I think I have to move my business banking & personal account to some other bank.
