What an absolute joke of an organisation. I drove all the way here based on the information online saying the branch was open, only to arrive and find a “temporarily closed” sign on the window. Surely if a branch is temporarily closed, the website should be updated to reflect that. Pretty frustrating and a complete waste of time.

This is the worst branch I have visited. I have been here multiple times trying to sort out an issue I had with a closed credit account. Every time, the staff member that helped me was confused and could not help me. Every time, I was told that I would get a call back and never got a follow up. I had to get my issue sorted out by visiting the Dandenong Plaza branch
