No service at all,short of staff.Manager does not menage,staff walking up and down, but no customer service.Stressed tellers.Bank you don't wish to visit. La la land.

This is the worst branch I have visited. I have been here multiple times trying to sort out an issue I had with a closed credit account. Every time, the staff member that helped me was confused and could not help me. Every time, I was told that I would get a call back and never got a follow up. I had to get my issue sorted out by visiting the Dandenong Plaza branch
I had a lovely helpful experience today. I was welcomed but a kind male staff member who was able to quickly make a booking to assist me with some personal banking issues. Thank you.
