I wish I could give zero stars for their service, but the system only allows a minimum of one. This was the most disappointing and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had. My father-in-law cannot speak English, so I requested a phone interpreter, but the staff refused to arrange one. Instead, they told me to drive to the Sunnybank branch to resolve the issue as if all customers have plenty of time to travel around.
