Leaving westpac due to them stealing money from my account and they can't explain where the money has gone
They don’t answer the phone; (Mount Gambier)don’t return calls; two tellers tended one customer while the long queue stood still ; the 132032 number is just as useless, I tried calling Melbourne; Sydney; Adelaide with a total of 15 attempts to speak to a person. I finally spoke to Tiffany in Melbourne on her mobile phone to get the card STUFF UP sorted. Mount Gambier is useless
The new location would have to have the worse parking in mount gambier! And the atm been shared with bank sa, only bank sa customers can deposit through the atm! So i have had a cheque for ages because i cannot get there in business hours
