Website states open at 9:30 and closed at 4pm - what it fails to promote is the whole branch is closed for an hour between 12:30 - 1:30 (other than a small note on the actual branch website once searching for it- NOT on google!) so the staff can take a lunch break together however most Elderly community do not know how to check online - So many times have I walked past to see people waiting, refused entry and been ignored because the staff have decided to all take their lunch together for an hour, closing the whole branch, r... read more
Have attempted to see this branch multiple times as I am looking for a new bank, Opening hours as per google and their website 9:30am - 4pm. Branch is closed every single day from 12:30 - 1:30pm. Okay no worries, took time off work until 10am so i could get in at 9:30 and be out in time. Branch was still closed at 9:40am. Have not, and will not be returning. Don't openly state opening hours of your business if they are not the opening hours of your business..
