I don't love Westpac, it has gone down significantly over the years but the staff in this branch are always really prompt and helpful. Ling was very sensible, efficient and friendly, she actively checked the customer line to help her colleague and sorted me out very quickly. I've also had staff here give me their card to avoid getting trapped in the useless call centre for unnecessary and lengthy jobs. Thankful to have this branch as my local.
Exceptional service today at the branch. Kai Hay provided a truly professional and efficient experience while assisting with opening an account for my father. What is usually a complicated and time-consuming process was handled smoothly, clearly and without any delays. His attention to detail, communication and overall professionalism were outstanding. This is exactly the level of service you expect from a top-tier bank. Highly recommended.
Teller by the name of Jayden helped me out of a crisis, long story short i lost my money and he got it back and so did the nice lady behind the counter, im a severe schizophrenic and was down on my luck on money since i made a mistake and lost it, Jayden brother you are on a pedestal in my opinion, thankyou heaps Jayden and the nice lady, you both saved me from a massive crisis, even 2 days without my medication and i would be unwell, thankyou Jaydos ✌️
Made appoint, may have been jojo or Tania (11.30 fri 6 Feb). Patient, helpful, thank you. I also needed a drink (hot day!) several bottles of water on the desk, thanks again. My pen ran out, was given one... to keep, thanks again again!
