I had such an amazing experience at this branch. A staff member named Aria, I believe, helped me step by step and was incredibly lovely and kind throughout the entire experience. You could genuinely tell that she cares deeply about her job and treats customers with so much warmth and kindness. Truly exceptional customer service!
slow, no sense of urgency and not helpful
My recent experience at this branch was the best I’ve ever had at any Westpac. I had questions regarding my Company Accounts and the request to update my ID details. Jack was a great help and especially Rahul Shakya that went above and beyond and provided an excellent level of service. Rahul is a valuable asset to Westpac.
Was I'm the bank in person this afternoon to get some cash out and dealt with Rhonda, she was awesome! Very personable, curious and kind! Thanks Rhonda.
Pathetic bank asked them 3 times to check there atm as it took my money kept telling me they will check Havnt done anything about it 800 I put through the smart atm
