Take your business elsewhere. Not sure why the branch hasn't already been closed, it's so grubby and dirty, a complete waste of space. A particularly rude gentleman that I will refrain from naming that should NOT be customer facing greeted us with "what do you want?" by way of introduction. Charming! I took my elderly mother there to sort out her banking and Yogini went above and beyond to help. I hope Westpac and other banks understand just important that level of customer support is and how valuable people like Yogini are.
