Banks need more face to face service staff, it’s a disaster, still in a cue for 40 minutes in Midland. Needs to become an election issue !
Waited over 10 minutes just to deposit a cheque. Extremely slow service and not enough staff available. Some staff were busy talking among themselves while customers were left waiting. Very frustrating experience for something that should be quick and simple. Seriously considering changing banks.
