This review comes after my third visit. The service has been consistently poor, the teller is difficult to hear and communication is unclear. If this is the standard of customer service, it’s no surprise bank branches are closing.
I arrived at the Merrylands branch at 1 pm and both times was turned away saying it’s too busy and they can’t serve me the third time I went in which was today they took my details and said someone would call me and help out , 3 hours passed no one called and so I called westpac and they said we can’t do it over the phone go to the branch . This is expected when the workers are fresh off the boat thanks
