Excellent service. Excellent Staff. Went into the branch for day-to-day banking and had a great experience. Staff were very helpful and polite. Even got a free box of chocolates!
Had the pleasure today to deal with both Desi and Denise. These ladies are an absolute credit to your company and provided possibly the best customer experience I have had with a branch. Rude and unhelpful staff. Unfortunately this is the branch closer to my new job so I dont have much choice. In relation to their products, Westpac fees are very high in comparison to the other banks, interests on saving accounts the lowest, and as mentioned before very poor service.. My advice: stay away from Westpac and use another bank. From my experience HSBC, ING and ANZ are the way to go. Less fees, friendly staff and quicker service.
I just went for some admin and basic banking had a lovely experience. The branch manager was available and a delight, the lovely lady that served me (unfortunately I did not get her name) was friendly and super helpful, and the whole experience was a breath of fresh air. I was even given some Westpac jelly beans! Thank you - your approach made a mundane task almost enjoyable :)
