Kylie helped me on short notice with a request and was genuinely nice and helpful.
We sold our rental house and had to have our mortgage released and the ladies in the Maryborough branch were just amazing so helpful. Have been into branch a few more times and still so so nice. Thankyou so very much for all your help, We really appreciate it. Best service ever.xx

I have been on the phone with estpac for hours today. I came into the branch to get my details changed as I needed access to my online account. Upon coming in my details weren't updated correctly. After I got home I called the branch and I was beyond frustrated. I got in the car went straight to the branch and was greeted warmly. They fixed the issue straight away.
