Very disappointing service. I waited over 40 minutes to speak to a representative regarding changing my name, The bank manager saw my frustration and decided to sit on a chair next to me chatting with a customer regarding their sick dads. I will be leaving Westpac after 36 years. Appalling since they merged with St George
Waste your time. Nobody serve you there.
I called this branch various times during the day. Recorded messages says that "Please leave the message and we will call you back today". I left a number of messages but never got a call back. Why record such as message if you don't intend to follow through? Very unprofessional.
