Very slow service, they need more staff ppl. It’s take so long to done yr job
These guys are honestly a joke, wasted 45 min of my life then to tell me there are appointments, and it will take at least other 30min at least. No respect
We wait one hour for two very small question, don’t go there , people don’t want to work and don’t want to give you a service .
Very friendly, approachable, and customer service focused staff. Issues were solved expediently and satisfactorily. Mr. Renzo a St. George Bank customer service agent represented former St. George Bank and now Westpac, in the most professional and pleasant way, making this visit to that branch a positive and enjoyable experience.
