I’ve been doing my business banking with the Westpac Maroochydore branch for the past two years for my café. Overall, the branch has been convenient, but I’ve had a couple of disappointing experiences with one of the tellers, Jillian. On more than one occasion, when I’ve needed to deposit cash or request coins for my business, I’ve found the service to be quite rude and unhelpful. Had my account Frozen for absurd reasons, disgusting
Westpac is always lovely & clean.. Their staff are always very polite & help you every way they can..
Queued 15m to hand in a direct debit authority form that couldn’t be sent any other way. Was told I was in the wrong queue and told to queue again in the next queue. Another 10 minutes. I asked where the sign was to tell me which queue for what service before I queued and the staff told me they have asked the bank to put one up but there still isn’t one.
