Rang four times yesterday and couldn’t get through. Have tried to ring twice today, left a message each time with no response. Went to Maroochydore branch this morning to try to get a blocked account back up and running and was told it was working. Incorrect. Cannot contact with the 13 number, keep on getting cut off. Having trouble getting through to them. Not impressed. For one of the four major banks, this is not good enough. They make enough money to put on more people for customer support.
Terrible customer service and people skills.
If I could give less than one star I would. I had a inquiry from the Legal Services Commission with regard to funds owed to me . I called approx. eight times!!! to check my account. Regardless of what I said I could not speak to a human even when I asked to speak to customer service I got an automated response.Westpac made SEVEN BILLION DOLLARS PROFIT last year and still can't afford to employ human beings!!! I have been with Westpac since 1965 I think I'll go elsewhere.
