Worst experience i've ever had with a bank. I have been pingponged between FOUR different bankers for the simple purpose of setting up a not for profit charity account. It has been a month and they had the nerve to ask me what type of account I wanted to start despite multiple appointments, emails and confirmations. If you are a flinders university student looking to start a society bank account, avoid this Westpac branch at all costs and either goto the city or use commbank.

Staff are untrained, service is barely existent. 2 banks in 1, get the wrong teller they can't access your files.

Absolutely disgusting ATMs at this branch. I only now came here now because Internet down at castle plaza.l keep sanitizer in my car just for these ATMs ( located on way to my work) Spoke to staff today about constantly dirty ATMs which have slime marks on them. Staff said they were cleaned regularly.....well certainly not today ....or yesterday.....l sent bank an email last week. It's not good enough as banks encourage customers to use ATMs but l certainly don't want to catch other people viruses etc
