Great location for a bank and ATM's !!! There is a Commonwealth ATM above Coles, and ANZ on the other side of Manuka, but that's it. No bank ATM's for many kilometres around. You can park near this ATM for 15 minutes for free which makes this shop fantastic. Thanks Westpac!
Worst bank manager I ever seen. Rude and not very helpful.
Well I find it hard not to agree with the worst of the reviews I see here. Signs posted around the branch say aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and yet passive aggression is practiced by the majority of staff members including the women who identified herself as the manager, the personal banker assigned to me and the almost catatonic teller that repeated reviews refer to. I have never had any issues with westpac in manuka as I've never really had to deal with them very often, but the last 2 visits (one was go change coins and other was to discuss my term deposit account -WHICH ID BEEN ADVISED TO DO SO 3 WHOLE TIMES(TODAY MAKES 4 before the term ends) ! Now, first visit regarding the coins, I was broke (I have thousands in a locked term deposit WITH WESTPAC) but this day i was struggling to feed my babies only to be met with absolute rudeness and nastiness from a larger old horrible and just a... read more
