Ineffecient staff Failed to inform me of losing my interest in my account when I withdraw a certain amount of my money 7 days earlier upon maturity! Uncaring!
Waited In line for over an hour, overheard the worker complaining she's not supposed to be working at the front and she was the only one there. I came in to get a much needed charge back done and needed help understanding how to do the 2 charge backs.
