Hello? Anybody here? Im standing here more than 20 minutes now.
We didn’t realize the store closed at 4pm, and by the time we arrived it was almost closing time. The staff member, a lovely young Chinese lady, was incredibly patient and helped us complete everything without rushing. We really appreciate her kindness and professionalism, and we also feel very sorry for delaying her finishing time.
The front desk Asian gentlemen has a super bad attitude. He repeatedly tapped the table with a pen and spoke in a very impatient tone throughout the entire 2-minute conversation. How could Westpac such a bad a behavior person at front desk?
This review is not to reflect the employees who are understaffed and overstretched. Spent over an hour waiting for a simple administrative task to be done. Unacceptable abuse of the social licence banks have to provide services to society at large
Poor customer service. I needed to go to this branch 3 times to FORCE the service staff to resolve an issue. Why does your staff want to withhold service from customers? What kind of company tries to refuse service from their customer.
