This review is not to reflect the employees who are understaffed and overstretched. Spent over an hour waiting for a simple administrative task to be done. Unacceptable abuse of the social licence banks have to provide services to society at large
Poor customer service. I needed to go to this branch 3 times to FORCE the service staff to resolve an issue. Why does your staff want to withhold service from customers? What kind of company tries to refuse service from their customer.
Waited over an hour to have my yes/no question answered. Staff are friendly but if they were more knowledgeable this would have been avoided
No one ever picks up the phone and service is always so slow… they all either need to quit or be retrained honestly
