A big thank you to Jane at Westpac! I visited today needing help with a St.George banking matter. As not all Westpac branches handle St.George services, I was really stuck. Jane was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy, resolving my issue without any hassle. I really appreciate her kindness and willingness to help. Thank you, Jean, and thank you, Westpac!
From cashier to banking specialist, good customer service and a smile on the face. A rare find in Mackay where a basic customer service doesn't exist.
