When we first arrived our first question was addressed immediately but for our second question we needed help with we did wait a bit too long for service .. there was no queue so not sure why we waited over 30 minutes but when we did get service the girls were fantastic
Had a lovely experience this morning with Heidi at the front desk, she straight away helped sort out my mobile banking with Westpac, possibly the best customer service support I’ve ever had with any bank, glad to be a Westpac customer and would highly recommend.💕
