Staff are so helpful
Appalling. Can't help, won't help! Dealt with them twice and both times were abrupt and difficult.
Very prompt action
Westpac Launceston have the best staff I have ever experienced from a bank WITHOUT QUESTION. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and understand process. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff - in particular 'Mike' who assisted me with some documents from across the water.... Too bad I can't give more than 5 stars!!!!!
