I went to the Westpac Branch today at Lane Cove. A staff member named Tom offered to serve me even though I had not made an appointment. He was calm, diligent and answered every question I asked him. It is staff members like Tom that truly contribute to a good business image through exceptional customer service. I will definitely be coming back in the future!!
Went into the Westpac branch for some assistance with setting up Apple Pay, a staff member named Jeni helped me with downloading an app and then showing me how to link it with my Westpac account, fantastic service and extremely knowledgeable at the task required.
I have had nothing but 5-star service from Westpac Lane Cove for the last 12 years, and I am truly grateful to them.
I was served by Jennifer, and she was very cooperative and committed. I gave 5 stars for good communication, time management, and customer respect. I would recommend coming to this branch for any bank services.
