I’m reviewing this on my mums behalf as she is not on the net ,she has made two appointments with one of the managers at Westpac lakehaven , I won’t mention her name. My mum has been there twice on the right day and on time and this manager comes out very late and tells my mum she has no time for her , why would they make the appointment in the first place ???
A huge thank you to Jason Mills (Personal Banker Adviser) who went above and beyond to help us sort out our change in credit cards. He endured the long wait and dealing with the call centre on our behalf and when finished gave us clear details of what to expect. Thanks for the laughs as well :) John and Monica Harris
We saw Naomi today regarding a deceased estate. She was friendly, fast, efficient and so easy to deal with. Made the process so much easier. Thanks again Naomi
Always waiting. lots of people in there, under stuffed. So I wouldn't suggest going there if you short on time even with an appointment. That's my experience anyways.
