The staff Niyati was kind, supportive and expert and was of great help. I appreciate and value her time and help
Terrible bank. They closed my account for no reason. I went to a branch to withdraw my funds after receiving a letter innthe mail. They said they'd tell me why, but they didn't in the end. The modt unprofessional bank in Australia
Very poor service. Four phone calls and a call back request in the space of 3.5 hours, none answered or returned. The voicemail message says they're open until 5pm on a Friday. I showed up at 4:10pm and the staff are all sitting there telling me they are closed and can't help me.
At this branch they never answer the calls and never call back.
