Was at the Westpac Knox branch this afternoon around 2.30pm. Uma from this branch was very, very helpful. She helped me resolve a tech issue I encountered. Appreciate her excellent customer service.
Marvellous experience. Niyati Goodluck knows what we want and gets to the point. Friendly and enthusiastic. Good stuff
Jing was fantastic. She helped us open a business bank account and was so polite, efficient and knew what to do. It took a while the whole thing but it was as good as it could be. Very happy with her service.
The only reason I go to the branch is to deposit cash. The coin deposit was out of order, again, today. Grrrr 🤨 Tried my luck again 03/02, nope not working.
