The Kingston branch is very reliable, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
The tellers were extremely rude to some elderly people ahead of me and myself. The manager seemed to not know what current interest rates on term deposits and refused to clarify them when i informed him they were different to what was on the bank website. Would avoid and bank elsewhere.
Sending out a huge thank you shout out the the 3 ladies that helped me out this afternoon. Dropped in with minutes to spare before closing, unintentionally but was having trouble finding a branch in the city. All 3 were patient and friendly. My only negative is that these 3 ladies didn’t have the tools to make their job easier. Very good service! The staff are very friendly! Clare helped us solve many problems today, and the efficiency is very high! It's the best service I've ever seen! Highly recommended!!!
