After the disappointment of dealing with the Launceston CBA branch, moving to Westpac Kings Meadows has been an unbelievable experience. CBA treated me like I was a problem, Westpac treats me like a valued customer. Helen, Deb and the other ladies whose names I dont yet know are friendly, courteous and do whatever they can to make my business life easy. I no longer despair about doing my banking each week.
I want to leave a review to recognise the professional and outstanding service from Helen Bumford Personal Banker at Kings Meadows branch. We opened new accounts with Helen last year and recently we purchased our home with Westpac and we also needed to tidy up our banking and bring a few things across like our insurances and credit cards and Helen was amazing on following up on the progress of our application and called and kept us up to date at each stage. I have been using Westpac Bank since I was a little girl when my mum and dad opened up my account because I wanted to save all my pocket money, I would of been about 5-6 years old and I'm 49 years old now, Westpac has been a awesome bank to bank with the staff are always nice and helpful and they will go that extra mile to help you.
