Wow. Can not believe how slow this branch is. So many people at the door to simply greet you hello (4 to be exact) but only 1 poor teller. I can not believe I waited over 10 minutes in line and no one else offered to help her at the desk. The line had 4 other people. Pretty poor service. I highly recommend checking your cameras between. 9.55am and 10.15am today 09/07/2026. The teller was wonderful by the way.

Today I visited the Westpac branch at Parkmore Shopping Centre in Keysborough to complete an ID verification process after my online banking account was frozen last Friday. When I called Westpac, I was advised that I needed to visit a branch in person to verify my identity.
