I needed to attend the branch to sort out a delicate matter, Teshan was professional, caring and resolved the matter directly - he made things easy, he was thorough and cared.
Terrible experience in this branch.
Wow. Can not believe how slow this branch is. So many people at the door to simply greet you hello (4 to be exact) but only 1 poor teller. I can not believe I waited over 10 minutes in line and no one else offered to help her at the desk. The line had 4 other people. Pretty poor service. I highly recommend checking your cameras between. 9.55am and 10.15am today 09/07/2026. The teller was wonderful by the way.
