Terrible experience. The issue lies with their software, which prevented us from completing a joint account application. When I visited the Keysborough branch to resolve it, the staff were unhelpful and offered no clear solution, ultimately wasting my time. On top of that, the service was disappointing—the staff came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, a frustrating experience that reflects poorly on both their systems and customer service. The front desk clerk especially, was an utter disgrace.
Please update your opening hours on Google Maps. It says you’re open on Saturdays, but the branch is actually closed. I wasted my time travelling all the way from another suburb for nothing.
Why are Westpac closing branches on weekends.
