I have been a customer of Westpac for 50years. Despite them pushing online business, i would suggest going to branch if you have any problems. I recently had problems, three phone calls = 2,1/2hr, a 45minute, and a 30 minute and still not rectified. At least you can see staff there rather just sitting on the phone. I would never recommend Westpac nor any of the big four. There are lots of smaller banks that would serve you better. Westpac has NO customer relations nor care about customers. One star, came off the hwy to use westpac ATM Sunday 5/05/24 to find its closed. No mention of atm not working on their website or Google for that matter. They had the time to stick a hand written note on machine and apologized for inconvenience. I'd have preferred they took the time to respect their customers enough to up-date their own website. Common westpac please upgrade your game.
