an older female named Gillian who is a teller was extremely rude to me, all i wanted was to change my phone number on my account and deposit some notes because it wasn’t working for me at the atm. she spoke to me in a very condescending voice and acted like everything was my fault, my fault for not changing my address even though i only moved a week ago (and was having trouble on the app doing so) then she was also having trouble doing that too so clearly it wasn’t my fault… but she acted like it was. everything was too much... read more
Young Teller at the counter could not nor would not do anything for us, the customer and all we wanted was to update our contact details. Meanwhile she types in data for some other reason. Then after 5 mins of waiting tells us it will be another 20mins, or we can book an appointment. Wow. Just wow. Impressively unimpressed.
