Always issues going on with the ATM, in the last couple years many times I’ve drove there to deposit cash or withdraw and wasn’t able to do it, 20 minutes drive wasted every time, and it doesn’t get any better !
The reputation from this place is terrible.. I don't know why, because I'm my opinion was perfect. People there were very keen to help me out.
thank God they have not yet closed this bank! branch I am fed up of not being able to find a branch to put money in the real stuff, not this tap stuff so over tapping I like to see my money !!!!
I was treated so unfriendly by the manager and one of the tellers. Instead of telling me something to the effect of:" look we're sorry, we can't give you this information. You need the following details." I was treated like a scammer. I have my account with them for more than 32 years. Obviously the training they receive has zero effect on customer service.
My partner and I were trying to open a joint account with WestPac. After numerous attempts thru online and telephone, we gave up and head down to a Kardinya branch to resolve it. We were assisted by Andrew Rodgers and he is fantastic!!! He’s patience and knowledgeable with our enquiries. Gave us heaps of tips, which really made our day. Honestly, it’s not really practical to close physical bank. There are times, a human can communicate better than a chatbot. Gold star ⭐️ to Andrew! 😊
