Told me I could only do verification online. That was wrong. A hostile manager who took no responsibility or give the correct information. I'll be closing both Westpac accounts ASAP.
Last year I was scammed over $900 over 3 1/2 years before discovering it the manager was very helpful and thorough and I thank her for being able to recoup most of the losses
Always issues going on with the ATM, in the last couple years many times I’ve drove there to deposit cash or withdraw and wasn’t able to do it, 20 minutes drive wasted every time, and it doesn’t get any better !
