Went to the branch as a st george customer. Staff disinclined to assist ad I was st george customer. Staff did not know how to identify me or how to get to st george accounts on her computer. Would not allow me to describe my problem, interrupted me and then claimed I was raising my voice. After 45 minutes of passive aggressive service the staff member who was not wearing a name badge managed to find the phone no. To call after the chat gpt "fell out" while she was using it. The branch is never open, hours are never updated. Only open 4 hours a day if they do are open and then we have to wait and wait and wait. Most of the time we can't even use the deposit after hours option. Very inconvenient when you try to run a business.
Congratulations to, Jodie and Karen, very lovely young Ladies, on three occasions over the past week I visited this branch of Westpac To pick up some coins and they overwhelmed me with their friendliness and professionalism, well done Jodie and Karen.
