Utterly ridiculous firstly the wait time to get served (obviously trying to push people to not use branches). Teller processed withdrawal for my parent, didn’t bother to update or make a new passbook (when it was full). Parent didn’t realised until we got home that book was full and withdrawal wasn’t printed. I went back without my parent as it’s hard enough to bring them out and making them wait in line for so long especially when they are unable to stand for a long period and are needing a walking aid. Customer service at this branch remains disappointing in 2026. During a routine visit, the teller instructed me to make a cash deposit via the street ATM rather than processing it inside the branch. When I stated that I preferred to complete the transaction in person, I was met with verbal and visible reluctance.
