I called the branch twice to book a withdrawal of cash only to receive a msg saying they would call back. After several hours I drove to Ipswich branch to be confronted by a line up to the entry door. Not surprised when there was only one poor girl on her own. I know it's process, but when they ask what do you want it for, it makes you feel like you're a criminal or in some communist country with big brother watching your every move. I recently made an appointment to see Sandy re business banking. I arrived a little early but she saw me immediately. Solved my problem by getting on the phone to the right department and took care of everything. She was also proactive with some good suggestions. She went the extra distance to provide a great level of service. I highly recommend.

I'd give it a zero if I could. The longest wait times I've ever experienced. Never enough tellers open. 30 minute waiting on average. Corporate definitely does not want people coming into branches.would advise everyone to bank literally anywhere else.
