My husband passed away and had an account at Inverell ,they were very rude and as they did take a copy of his death certificate and will ,they took his card said it will take 6weeks to $8 weeks and wouldn’t even tell me how much was in his account,they even never returned my call ,no wonder I bank at the NAB
Don't bother calling this branch they never answer and don't call back by end of day.
I had trouble trying to do online business so drove 30 km to Inverell for help. I was given every attention and could not fault the young ladie's service. Thank you.
