Tried to make appointment. Long queue. Over 1 hour before speaking to anyone at reception and advised another hour before getting assistant. Tried to phone and left request for return call. 1 week later still no call. Standards of bank seriously deteriorated
In line for an hour. Can’t complain about the service as there is none !!!
Close your account cross the road and sign up with ANZ. ATM is always broken and there is no after hours support. 0 stars!
