Honestly I knew that every different branches and just the ongoing mental, emotional and physical health was really draining me out where every week for two months I was waiting for a branch to open at 9.30am so that I can cash out for I was literally locked out of my whole account. Westpac Inala Qld branch - fantastic service. Fantastic people. Shout out to Sarah and Emily.
Rude, Lazy and ignorant staff that only want to be heard and not listen. Steer clear of Westpac in general, but this branch does not deserve any support.
Very bad customer service, I experienced those twice in this Inala branch, 2 ATM machine out of service outside the back,I walked in very Long line of customers and on person serving ,we I ask why both. ATM machines not working I only need to deposit cash ,the teller responded rudely someone is fixing it. I have been banking for Westpac for more than 15 years,I only need to hear greating and respond in a respectful way and at least apologise for inconvenience.
