Westpac Inala Qld branch - fantastic service. Fantastic people. Shout out to Sarah and Emily.
Rude, Lazy and ignorant staff that only want to be heard and not listen. Steer clear of Westpac in general, but this branch does not deserve any support.
Very bad customer service, I experienced those twice in this Inala branch, 2 ATM machine out of service outside the back,I walked in very Long line of customers and on person serving ,we I ask why both. ATM machines not working I only need to deposit cash ,the teller responded rudely someone is fixing it. I have been banking for Westpac for more than 15 years,I only need to hear greating and respond in a respectful way and at least apologise for inconvenience. The ATM took the money when my husband make deposits, it happened twice, back in 2022 or so. He has been contacting Westpac (at the branch, via phone calls) to get the money back since then but there is still nothing yet. Maybe about 2 weeks ago he got a payment notification but the money still wasn’t there few days after, he tried to contact them again, they apologised and said they would try to sort it out as the payment comes from 3rd party not from Westpac themselves.
