People are right in saying poor service. This branch had 1 teller open with a huge line and other staff floating around. Step up Westpac and service your customers more efficiently!
Tolga was exceptional today. Very competent and caring. We felt that this was just like how a customer should be treated, like the earlier days where staff appreciated their customers. Full marks to his astute ability. We went to Airport West Branch earlier in the day and was treated extremely poor and we walked out. Head management need to get back to treating their customers as people not a number.
We had a great experience at Westpac, thanks to Brandon. He was very helpful, patient, and professional while assisting us with opening our savings account. Brandon clearly explained all the options, interest details, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate his support and friendly service. Highly recommend asking for Brandon if you visit the branch.
