Understaffed!!
Can't put in to words how incompetent they are
My wife & I arrived for an appointment on time to create new personal and business accounts. We were ignored by staff so, after waiting patiently, we left. Westpac Hervey Bay obviously don't want business or new customers.
They need new and more staff with manners and customer service. No knowledge and they spend more time talking than serving.
My first review ever and I have to concur with the comments of the other 1 star reviews. The chap in the branch refused to answer my simple question as I was not a business customer, only a personal customer (of in excess of 40 years).
