Helpful and patient team that goes out of their way to meet customer requests. Hats off to TJ and Angus.
The customer experience at Westpac Hawthorn has been awful. Staff seem completely out of their depth, communication is a mess, and I’ve spent months being sent around in circles because of repeated mistakes and conflicting advice. Every interaction has been frustrating, and no one appears willing to take responsibility. Very disappointing.
