The female staff member who served me while doing a T/P deposit was amazing, so much so I’m thinking of switching banks. So lovely and patient and warm yet also very professional, so impressed.
Worst branch ever westpac should be ashamed such a branch exists, Have been trying to call for over 2 hours no answer surely they can't be that busy
Absolutely rubbish this branch. Took my marriage certificate in to change my name and my details, left work early and rushed to this branch as the city one was undergoing refurbishment and 6 months down the track, still having issues, trying to identify my ID. In that time my card was compromised. I have had this same account since Virgin Money days and never had any issues. The older woman at this branch has no idea what's going on and even though a copy of my M/certificate was "taken", I am still chasing my tail.
The lady (I wish I got her name) who saw me face to face this morning was so very helpful in all the issues I needed to address. She was very attentive, didn't make me feel rushed, addressed everything I raised and I left reassured and very grateful.🙏😀
I had a very disappointing experience with the bank manager. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the entire interaction. Instead of offering any solutions or alternatives to resolve my issue, I was met with dismissive responses and a lack of professionalism. I expected better service and more courtesy. Definitely not the level of customer service I was hoping for, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.
